Prof. Dr. Philipp Sandner is head of the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center (FSBC) at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. His expertise includes blockchain technology in general, crypto assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, the digital programmable euro, tokenization of assets and rights, and digital identity. The FSBC advises financial organizations, industrial corporations, and startups concerning their blockchain activities.
Michael F. Spitz is the CEO of Main Icubator and Blockchain expert at Commerzbank. Before joining Main Incubator, he was a Director in APM Asset Solutions and Structured Finance in the Corporate Clients segment at Commerzbank. Michael Spitz has long-standing capital markets experience with over 20 years of exposure to a range of industry sectors in Western and Eastern Europe, North America, and Asia. As an entrepreneur, he brings extensive know-how in developing new products and markets.
Denise Duve is a Project Manager at the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center. She has an Integrated Environmental Management MSc and business degree. As a project lead, she was in charge of the Horizon 2020 project BLOCKCHERS, particularly for the policy recommendation aimed to bridge the information gap between SME’s & start-ups and policymakers.
Daniel Holk is a Project Manager at the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. His responsibilities include projects such as the Digital Euro Association, Industry 4.0, and the DLT Talents programme. He graduated in International Relations and Economics, as well as International Business at the Universities of Erfurt and Medellín.
Thy-Diep Ta (“Yip”) is a mindfulness coach, tech entrepreneur, and sustainable development goals supporter. She’s co-founder at Unit Ventures, where she builds stakeholder economy using the benefits of blockchain and token economics.
Yip is a MBA graduate of INSEAD business school and has previously been a project lead at management consulting firm McKinsey & Co, where she advised banking and insurance clients. She is a certified mindfulness trainer at Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and author of the book “Beautiful Brains change tomorrow... today".
Anna Caroline Lange is Account Manager for Strategic FIs at Fireblocks. Previously Consultant and Product Owner at micobo GmbH, a financial technology advisor and software provider offering enterprise blockchain solutions, Tokenization of Assets and expertise in Digital Assets. She has gained expertise in consulting clients from different industries focusing on tokenization solutions for primary market issuances complying with regulatory requirements. She is also a Certified Corda Developer by R3. She has completed her studies in Management (M.Sc.) in Germany, Spain and the United States.
Kiana Weiss is a Project Manager at the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Her responsibilities include projects such as the DLT Talent Program, as well as the development and management of publications in various areas related to Blockchain & Co. She will graduate from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Management, Philosophy & Economics in 2022.
Julian Proft is a research associate at the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center (FSBC), a Project manager of the DLT Talents program and a NFT Talents Mentor. He workes self-employed in international projects in the Fintech and Crypto Industry and his biggest interests in DLT lie in decentralized finance, consensus mechanisms and Web 3.0 adoption.
He completed his studies in Germany and the United States, which had a focus on Game Theory, Social Philosophy and Digital Transformation.

The DLT Talents program is an 18-week long program that focuses on career development in the blockchain ecosystem. The program aims to empower women to become entrepreneurs, technologists, regulators, investors, or multiplier in the blockchain, crypto assets, or DLT ecosystem.
