About KfW

KfW is one of the world’s leading promotional banks. It applies its decades of experience to improve economic, social and environmental living conditions across the globe on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany and the federal states. As the mission of the KfW is to improve living conditions, and promote equality and fairness in the workplace and society, they are a great fit for the DLT Talents program.
We are excited to work together with KfW in order to make blockchain and the DLT-ecosystem more equal and inclusive.

About DLT Talents

DLT Talents is an 18-week mentoring program designed to assist young women in onboarding the blockchain ecosystem. As blockchain and DLT are still a male-dominated field, with more than 90% of the people engaged being male, change is needed. This change is what we want to achieve through creating equitability for women in technology by providing effective and sustainable support for female leaders who pursue a career in the blockchain ecosystem.
